FAMILY PROFILE: You only need 1 (yes, that is ONE) user profile per family. You can register all your players and yourself as a volunteer from the same username. You can also add secondary emails to your family's profile so that both parents and/or grandparents or other caretakers can be kept in the know about your player(s) team information.
ONLINE PAYMENT: We are now able to accept payment online with a credit card. You can also use a pre-paid Visa or Mastercard. Thanks to the way this system works, we actually prefer credit/pre-paid debit card payment. This will allow your player to get assigned to a team faster, and makes our paperwork easier.
PLAYERS WILL NOT BE ASSIGNED TO A TEAM UNLESS THEIR REGISTRATION FEE HAS BEEN PAID. The new system will not allow unpaid players to be assigned to a team. This is a change that has been made at the national level and we cannot change it. If you need assistance with your player's registration fee, please apply for a playership, but note that the player is still responsible for paying the annual membership fee.
MOBILE APP: The new system also has a nifty new parent app for mobile devices. This app will let you access information about your player's team, such as practice and game schedules and other team announcements. Search for Game Changer Team Manager from your device's app store. Log in with the same username/password you used to register your players, and you'll have access to everything you need for all your players. If you allow push notifications when you register, you'll receive immediate updates when games are cancelled or changed.
